About the Mid-Ohio Valley:

of the Blennerhassett mansion and the Island's 500 acres.  Other parks offer fishing, walking trails, running areas, tennis and volleyball courts,
water slides, swimming, and a wildlife refuge.

Other attractions are Lee Middleton Original Dolls, Fenton Art Glass, the WV Motor Speedway, the Blennerhassett Museum, and the
Parkersburg Homecoming Half-Marathon.  Parkersburg has an excellent Art Center and Actor's Guild, along with many art festivals and fairs.

Business and industry flourishes in the Mid-Ohio Valley.  A dozen nationally-known companies operate plants in the area, including, DuPont,
GE Plastics, Nova Chemicals, and many others.  51 Fortune 500 companies are located in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Positions Available:

  • Accounts Receivable Manager - Mid-Ohio Valley Medical Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable
    Manager.  Successful candidate must have strong billing and collections background specifically relating to multi-
    physician billing; proficiency in procedural and diagnostic coding, and third-party payor reimbursement, with 3-5 years of
    related experience; previous supervisory/management experience required.  Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.  
    Must also have extensive computer experience, to include familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing
    applications; strong organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must be great with
    patients.   

  • Medical Office Receptionist - Mid-Ohio Valley Medical Group is looking for an experienced Medical Office Receptionist.  
    Successful candidate must possess a strong ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all
    backgrounds.  High school diploma or equivalent education required, with a minimum of one year previous experience in
    a medical field.  Must also have documented computer experience and administrative skills; excellent telephone skills and
    etiquette; organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills, and must have a basic understanding of
    health insurance and medical terminology.   

  • Nurse Practitioner - Mid-Ohio Valley Medical group is accepting applications for a Nurse Practitioner.  Successful
    candidate must have a minimum of three years professional experience in a clinical setting and hold a current license in
    the State of West Virginia. Must also have extensive computer experience; strong organizational skills; excellent written
    and verbal communication skills, and must be great with patients.


  • CMA, LPN, and RN - Mid-Ohio Valley Medical Group is currently accepting applications for CMA, LPN, and RN positions.  
    Candidate must have good computer skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be a team player and have good
    communication skills.  Previous medical office experience is preferred.
