IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

As of July 24, 2009, at 5:00 p.m., please be advised that the Family Practice physicians
of Mid-Ohio Valley Medical Group have chosen to no longer provide inpatient services
at St. Joseph’s Hospital. We will continue to provide inpatient care to all currently
admitted MOVMG patients at St. Joseph’s until the date of their discharge.
We are still providing inpatient services at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.
Of course, we will continue to provide quality outpatient care to all of our patients,
regardless of their preference of local hospitals.

Mid-Ohio Valley Medical Group would like to welcome Dr. Tracey S. Thomas, D.O. to
our practice. Her specialty is family medicine and will be working part-time seeing
patients who are unable to be seen by their primary care physician or nurse
practitioner.

M OVMG is currently accepting applications for C.M.A, L.P.N. and R.N.'s

Starting November 1st, we will be checking a photo ID on all our patients. If your child
has an appointment, please be sure to bring their insurance card for identity
purposes. This is in compliance to the "Red Flag Rules". If you have any questions,
please contact our office at 304-485-3300. Thank you for you cooperation in this new
policy we are implementing to protect all of our patients from identity theft!

Be sure to check out our new online services. You will find it on our Patient Login link
found on home page and the menu bar. Just click on the link and follow the step by
step instructions. These services will allow you to communicate with our office easier
and also provide:

                                     -Refill prescriptions
                                     -Request an appointment
                                     -Pay your bill online
                                     -Contact us using an email account

We hope that everyone can utilize these online tools.

For your convenience, a General Electric 8 channel Excite 1.5T MRI will be located full
time at the Belpre location. Tara Goldsmith, R.T. (R ) (MR) is our MRI Technologist.
